All consultation and service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. This includes document review, application preparation, and advisory services.
Refunds will not be issued for visa rejections, as final decisions are made by embassies and immigration authorities beyond our control.
If a client provides incorrect or incomplete information, resulting in delays or rejection, no refund will be granted.
Refund requests, if eligible under special circumstances, must be submitted within 7 days of payment before any processing begins.
